About JW-CLUB
JW-CLUB is the trade name under which I have worked in technology services since January 2006.
For twenty years the work has followed a single thread: carrying technology and content across the gap between Japan and the rest of the world — building it, running it, and putting it into language that lands on the other side.
The form has changed over the years. Website construction, then Linux servers and internal networks, then Japanese translation, and most recently support for putting AI to practical use. The direction has not changed.

What I do
Web development and site management
Building and maintaining websites, from single pages to corporate sites running into the thousands of pages.
Server and network operation
Linux servers, groupware, self-hosted infrastructure, internal networks.
Japanese localization (B2B)
Not word-for-word translation. Rewriting so that the text reads as though it had been written in Japanese in the first place.
AI adoption and workflow automation
Helping people and small businesses actually use AI in daily work, and building the small automated systems that go around it.
